"A UNIQUE AND POWERFUL THERAPY"
ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
"I know what it is like to be in “that place”. Like many of us in the helping professions I became a helper because I know what it is like to experience trauma, loss and mental health difficulties. Because of this, and because of who I am, I eventually concluded that I’d like to train to become a psychologist. Three degrees and years of graft later, I eventually qualified as a Clinical Psychologist. And you know it was worth every, single, second. I now get the privilege of helping people every day. "

CONTACT ME
It is very common for people to feel unsure about whether they want to engage in therapy or even struggle to know if they really need to. I truly believe that if you look inside yourself and take a moment to reflect, you will have that answer within you. If you are considering therapy as a possibility, does that tell you that somehow you know that things could be better than they are right now? That you could be happier? Less irritable? More present? More peaceful? If the answer to any of these questions is yes then there is a good chance that having a therapeutic space to explore this may be beneficial to you.
